Rules and Regulations

1)Fees 
=======
• Upon registration every new registrant has to pay :
	1a. One month school fee for the first month of attendance.
	1b. Material Fee
	1c. A deposit equivalent to one month school fee

• All fees paid are not refundable or transferable. 

• Fees are not refundable or transferable.
 
• Monthly school fee is collected on the first day of each month.
 
• Every new registrant has to pay a full month fee regardless starting on any day of the month; in another word there is no collection of pro-rata fees.

• A receipt is issued for every payment. Please retain receipts as proof of payment.

                                  
2)Withdrawal
============
2a. During the course, any member who wishes to withdraw from the sessions must inform our Staff at least one month in advance.
 
2b. The deposit will be used to cover the last month’s fees. 

2c. There will be no refund of fees paid due to the withdrawal.


3) Others
===========
• Parents are not encouraged to be in session as the ultimate aim is to train your child to be independent and confident. We seek parents' co-operations not to go in and out of the room once a session begins.
  
• Members are discouraged from wearing any kind of jewellery when attending our sessions. 

• It is compulsory that every student wears the school uniform when attending every session. 

• If you wish to celebrate your child's birthday during a session, please inform our teacher in advance.
